Business bribery, one of the unfair competition behavior, breaks the order of the market economy of our country, injures the legal rights of the consumer's, and induces the officeholders to take bribe in a sense. It must be brought under control; therefore, valid measures should be taken to strengthen the punishment and cure of the business bribery behavior. This thesis begins with the features of business bribery behavior and analyses the great harm that it brings to our country and society, especially to the order of fair competition in our country, then it points out how to prevent and cure it by way of discussing the causes of business bribery behavior.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is a study of the characteristics of business bribery behavior, giving a scientific definition of it, analyzing the five features of it, i.e. behavior subject, contents of bribery, subjective mentality, concealment and the violation of law. This part also makes an earnest comparison between business bribery behavior and the four relevant behavior, such as discount, commission and bribery; the second part is a classification of the business bribery behavior, which mainly deals with the giving of business bribery and the taking of business bribery; the third part focuses on analyzing the harm of business bribery behavior; the fourth part discusses the causes of the business behavior, including social sources and personal reasons. The former primarily contains contradictions between supply and demand in the real of economy, the negative effect of false thoughts, etc. The latter primarily contains that the subject lacks a sound view of law and discipline, a real strength in management and in competition, moreover, it has unreasonable and supernormal demands; the last part concentrates on theprevention and cure of business bribery behavior. It is the goal of the whole thesis, and thus deserves much attention. In the aspect of prevention, five measures are brought up, i.e. deepening our reforms to build a pleasant market environment for fair competition; perfecting the system of market regulations; perfecting the supervisory mechanism of market; improving the comprehensive qualities of the enterprises as well as their members. In the aspect of punishment, various measures are taken to impose fine, forfeit, cancel the permit or license, investigate the penal duty and so on.
