Much different from the traditional economy, new economy is based on the knowledge and information, supported by invent ional talents and sustained by high technique industry. It produces great variation of our life and production forms. New economy gives us plenty of positive conditions. At the same time, it also gives rise to negative factors.To begin with, it establishes rich material foundation. The advanced process and technical implements promote our education, literature and art, hygiene and gymnasium enterprises. What's more, new economy encourages high competitive talents. In addition, it increases our morality level.However, we've a long way to go with knowledge economy. Our education is behind other countries', so we need quality education; our technology can't keep up with developed nations'; and our population quality is lower. On the other hand, we need take measures to eliminate its negative aspect, making it step into a healthy direction.In short, the twenty first century should be a fully developed era.
