Study On China's Medium And Small-sized State - Owned Foreign Trade Enterprises Out Of Difficulty

As the reforming of the current foreign trade mechanism deepens and China's national economy are more and more involved in world economy, China's state-owned foreign trade enterprises are facing an increasing series of challenges. This is particularly true for those middle and small ones which are elements of the sector. This thesis examine the current difficulties those enterprises are facing, point out the difficulties are concentrated showing on the descent of the trading quantity, the weak relationships between the collaborative factories, the serious loss of the personnel and the unsuccessful operation of the assets. On the basis of analyzing the phenomenon, the thesis expound the reasons leaded those enterprises into difficulties are the reformation of foreign trade mechanism and the inherent defect of themselves. Moreover, several ways to get out of these troubles are suggested in this thesis, for example, the way to change management mechanism, the way to transform management formulas, and the way to strengthen internal management. And finally , the thesis introduces a case, and by analyzing the case, the author makes clear the point of views on the topic.
