On The Open Under The Conditions Of The Organizational Structure Of State-owned Commercial Banks And Recycling

Thinking of the China' s future competition and accession to WTO, our four state-owned commercial banks should be not only bigger but also stronger. For the sake of this reason, it is the key to rebuild the organizational structure of our state-owned commercial banks.On the basis of modern management subject, the economics and modern enterprise theories, according to the organizational structure of modern commercial banks, this paper points out the realistic meaning that the state-owned commercial banks rebuild the organizational structure, and that state-owned commercial banks can promote their competition abilities and can not be defeated in the global financial competition only by rebuilding the organizational structure. This paper also analyses defects of state-owned commercial banks in detail, researches the way to rebuild the organizational structure of our state-owned commercial banks systematically by drawing lessohs from the basic pattern of the organizational structure of modern west commercial banks.
