| Organizational structure is the established venation and interaction between the various components of an organizition for the attainment of it's aim. it is the concrete embodiment of management style and strategic thought of an organization, it's also the foundation and prerequisite of guaranteeing effective management, having a high-efficiency organizational structure is the key to the success of commercial banks. China's state-owned commercial banks ,after 20 years of reform and development, have basically possessed the characteristics of the modern commercial bank , But the change of organizational structure in the state-owned commercial banks obviously lags behind the paces of the whole reform in the bank system , and lag behind the need of the new financial era even more.This paper proceeds from the theory of contingency , analyzed the reasons behind the reform of organizational structure of state-owned commercial banks from five respects (environment, strategy , technology , scale and life cycle ).On the basis of combining the development trend in the international banking industry and reform of China's state-owned commercial banks, the paper pointed out the drawbacks of organizational structure of state-owned commercial banks,such as high complication, high centralization and unreasonable design of organizational structure, and put forward five principles the reform should follow(flat, flexible,discrete, networked and virtualized), In the end, summarized and proposed three kinds of organizational structures: market-oriented structure, matrix structure and three-dimensional SBU structure. |
