Liuzhou Bus Modern Production Management Mode Of Practice

Management on public Traffic Industry in the modern world has developed toward a massive and less-level direction. The traditional production management model can no longer adapt to the requirements of nowday's social development. It's quite necessary to study and make use of the production management models home and abroad. In the paper, basic theories of modern production management is briefly described, several typical models of production management home and abroad are introduced, and systematical and all-round analysis and comparison are taken among different models of production management from China, the United States(MRP- II )and Japan(JIT). Based on the above and starting with building modern production management model by introducing ISO9002 quality management system to LiuZhou public traffics development is discussed.
