In the face of difficult positions of our country' s Middling and Small Enterprises, base on the detailed status of Middling and Small Enterprises in JiangSu Province, it is analyzed and discussed about our Middling and Small Enterprises Development of Electric Commerce.During the period of analyzing EC development of the world, it is known well and understood clearly about the substance of theory and the essence of application on EC, which based on the following three sides studies of EC. Those are technic' s development, theory' s development and influences on modern theory of business and sales. Under particularizing lots of country and area' s EC applications and expounding present statuses of EC in China, the basic point of article is brought out. That is enterprise will be grown up along electric commerce.On the researching of current status of our middling and small industries in JiangSu province, it is analyzed about limitations of the traditional model of business process of middling and small enterprise. Nay, kinds of vantage points in creating new meanings for middling and small business management by using electric business are emphasized.After knowing the importance of Electric Commerce for middling and small enterprise, we research the transformation of EC from traditional business. Against the current status of JiangSu, we bring up some strategies and suggestions for middling and small enterprises, operating and using for reference.By using the theory of Electric Commerce, we can adjust or change the old running mode of traditional enterprise. Referencing some of successful case in-country or out-country transfer to EC, it will be found a developing way of our middling and small local traditional enterprises.
