Enterprise informatization is the foundation of the national economy informatization ,at the same time , it is very important to advance social informatization. With the development of economy globalization and internet technology, enterprise informatization construction is developing deeply and widely. We should do a complete research to implement of enterprise informatization giving priority to demonstration.The author combines the theory of information economy and modern management with his practice. It is a innovation design to need not break routines excessively to operation flow reform of informatization processes so as to turbulence of enterprises.
