Price Hearing System is a modern democratic and political system, but the theory studying of the system keeps week in China. For that reason, the author has chose "The research of Pnce Hearing system" as the title, aiming to develop and perfect the system by analyzing and making comparison between Chinese and some \vestem representative countries' hearing procedure.The whole thesis includes three parts with 30,000 words approximately.Part one: Hearing and Price Hearing system. Hearing is the core of the fundamental theory of Pnce Heanng system, so the part begins with the concept of healing and its foundation of legal theory. Heanng stems from "natural justice" in Bntain and "due process of law" in Amenca. Due to the shortage of democracy and scientific legal condition, the real administrative hearing system could not be produced in ancient China. At the same time, the thesis introduces the meaning and the speciality of Pnce Heanng System. After that the author analyses the domestic and international background of Price Heanng System. Finally, the author concludes the meaning of the enforcement of Rice Heanng System from the point of economy, politics and society.Part two: The research of the systematic structure of Pnce Hearing. Firstly, the author introduces the principles of Pnce Heanng which includes: "Open, Fairness, Objectivity and Efficiency" . Secondly, the author analyses the legal status and the nghts and duties of the body of Pnce Heanng. Thirdly, the operating procedure of Pnce Heanng is so important that the author introduces it in detail. The author also proposes some suggestion to perfect its procedure.Finally, the author analyses the controversial issue-the validity of the conclusion of hearing.Part three: The discussion of the concerning problems of Price Hearing system. Firstly, the author introduces the problem of unbalanced information in Price Hearing. At the same time, the author tries to find some ways to solve the problem. Secondly, the author explains the contradiction of depreciated cost and risen price and regards rise in freight during Luner New Year's penod as coercion or exploitation of the other parry's unfavorable position. Thirdly, the author analyses some problems of the model of formulating price. Finally, the author expresses some idea about the hearing of rise in tuitions.
