The thesis gives a systematic review and analysis on the Cuban reform process, reform contents and characteristics .it consists of three parts: history survey Cuban Revolution ago, Cuban socialism reform process and characteristics, experience and enlightenment.If every kind of socialist system wants to live, last and develop, reform is needed. Reform means adjusting or amending its policy under the precondition of the original system, it is useful for society to adjust, develop and perfect itself. The history of human is the history of class struggle firstly since the beginning of class society, and it is the reform history of the different socialist system at the same time. It proves that socialist system is fit to the rule. No matter socialist country is big or small, the history is new or old, no matter how the power got, no matter what mode constructed, reform is necessary.The Cuban reform has three stages: stage one (1989-1993) the beginning period. Cuba was forced to reform, because of the communist party of the Soviet Union and East European countries losing power and American blockade, and taking some temporary measures. Stage two (1993-1997) the all-around period. The policy was related to many fields and definite results achieved. Stage three (1997-present) the thoroughgoing period. Economy constantly developed, the paradox between theory and practice appeared, and reform was needed to deepen.The thesis tries to analyze and research on socialism reform process and characteristics of Cuba, which provides some experience and enlightenment. So we should consciously persist our characteristic socialism of China, persist our policy of the reform and opening to the world.
