Measures And Enlightenment Of The Communist Party Of Vietnam’s Dealing With "Four Major Crisis"

The concept of "reform and opening up" the Sixth Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam in 1986, Vietnam started economic transition and social transformation in the new historical period, the innovative principles and policies and reform measures have achieved significant results, the Vietnamese socio-economic development. With the fast improvement, the national economy has improved the situation, external economic relations to be strengthened and expanded, and have a real people’s living standards improve and enhance. Drastic Change, however, as the world’s political and economic structure is undergoing profound changes, domestic reform and opening up into a critical period, the Communist Party of Vietnam from the fate of the future of socialism, the Communist Party’s ruling status and national long-term stability of the strategic height of the Vietnam existence of the four crisis.:Economic development after the crisis, to deviate from the socialist orientation crisis, corruption, corruption crisis and peaceful evolution of the crisis, and to address and overcome these crises, persistent theoretical and practical exploration.
