Agrarian Revolutionary War, Mao Zedong To Protect The Interests Of Farmers Thought

Marxists think that the motion of all the action of the human being is pursuing interests. Class struggles originate from disputes of interests in class society. Properly settling the interest relationship of every social class and stratum in the revolution and instruction is of important significance for the stability and development of the country. That farmers constitute an overwhelming majority determines farmer problem is the essential of revolution and construction in China. The core of farmer problem is the interest of farmer. During the Agrarian Revolution War, the Communist Party of China and Mao Zedong adapted a serious of policies and steps to guarantee the interests of the farmers according to the situation and character of the revolution and the demands of the farmers. The policies and steps developed with practice and they formed the important thought that was consisted of the guarantee of economic, political, culture interests of farmers and the protection of legal rights of women. In practice, the thought were supported by farmers and it also laid a theoretical foundation for Chinese Revolution from lowest point to high tide, from failure to success. In this thesis, basing on the view of Marxism interest the author analysed the developing thread of the thought on guarantee of the interest of farmers of Mao Zedong during the Agrarian Revolution War, and especially he studied the practical and theoretical foundation of the thought. The author expanded the Mao Zedong' s thought of ensuring the interest of farmers as following: changing the land - ownership from feudal landlord class into the farmer, putting much attention to the economic development of the Soviet Region, improving farmer life, strengthening the instruction of political power basic level in the country-side, to ensure the political right of farmers, developing the education of the Soviet Region to guarantee the right to be educated, launching liberation movement of women to enhancing their social status, ensuring all the rights of farmers from violating according to law through making sorts of laws and rules. Based on all above the author analysed the characters and effects of Mao Zedong ' s thought of guarantee the interest of farmers. On one hand, he clarified the essence of Mao Zedong's thought through comparing with the land policies of Nationalist Party and proposals about farmer problems of the main leaders in the Communist Party of China at the same time. On the other hand, he showed that the basic reason of the victory of the New Democracy Revolution lied in the Communist Party of China who can really represent the interest of the most of Chinese people. The theory and practice of guarantee of the interests of farmers of Mao Zedong during the Agrarian Revolution War provides the use for reference historic experiences for settling the problem of farmer interests during the social modernization construction in our country.
