The 1979-1983 economic adjustment didn' t make a expected effect and led to new problem, though it went on the context of the slightest maladjustment. (2) the 1979-1983 economic adjustment had double virtue and suggested partly the trend from planned economy to market economy because it occurred in a specific historical environment. Conclusion: the 1979-1983 economic adjustment was not successful in term of the ultimate purpose of the adjustment, though it made any effect.Consideration: the economy development must avoid the idea of achieving coup at one night and must be in accordance with the principle of proportional development.
