The Enlightenment Of China's Reform And Opening-Up To The Economic System Transition Of DPRK

In 2016,the Workers' Party of Korea held the seventh National Congress of the Party,at which it said it would vigorously develop the country's economy.In important speeches and conferences,North Korean leaders mentioned the development of the economy and the improvement of people's lives.China is adjacent to North Korea and is a traditional friendship.In the face of North Korea's key economic development in the future,China has an obligation to impart the successful experience of reform and opening up to the DPRK in a way that combines theory with practice.In the process of Korean economic construction,it provides effective help to North Korea from many fields,such as market economy theory,capital and technology.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter,introduces the purpose and significance of writing.The transformation of North Korea's economic system will be based on the guarantee of national security and the gradual denuclearization of the Korean peninsula.Therefore,it can be judged that the transformation of North Korea's economic system and the development of national economy are of great significance to regional security and regional economic cooperation.Secondly,the concept of institutional transformation is analyzed.It can be found that with the brilliant achievements of China's reform and opening up,it provides a new direction for scholars who study the theory of transformation.Based on the theory of transitional political economy,this paper will analyze the transformation of Korean economic system.Finally,the main research methods are introduced.In this paper,comparative political economy analysis,system theory analysis and historical literature analysis are used.In the second chapter,the theoretical framework is established.Through the analysis of the political economy of transformation,it can be found that several elements play an important role in the process of the transformation of the national economic system.They are initial conditions,economic restructuring,ideology and external environment.The four elements are relatively independent and interact with each other,and together have an impact on the choice of transition path.The third chapter,the theory unifies the practice.In order to better understand the role of the four elements in the theoretical framework,this chapter combines the practice of China's economic system transformation.This paper expounds the four elements in the theoretical framework from four aspects:the background of reform and opening up,the continuous transformation of guiding ideology,the establishment of socialist market economic system and the adjustment of foreign strategy,and the creation of a favorable international environment for economic development.Through the analysis of the example of China s reform and opening up,this paper abstracts the experience of China s economic system transformation.It lays the foundation for the later enlightenment to North Korea.The fourth chapter,the analysis of the current situation of North Korea.First of all,it expounds the political and economic system of North Korea.Secondly,it analyzes the guiding ideology,economic improvement measures and diplomatic relations between Kim II Sung,Kim Jong II and Kim Jong un.By means of contrast,Kim Jong-un attaches importance to economic construction.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the combination of Chinese experience and the present situation of North Korea.China has made brilliant achievements in the transformation of its economic system,which is worthy of North Korea's study.North Korea s national conditions and international environment are similar and different from those of China in the early days of reform and opening up.This paper summarizes the commonness of China's economic system transformation experience and analyzes the present situation of North Korea.This paper expounds the problems facing North Korea at the present stage.Conclusion,according to the four elements of the theoretical framework of transformation,this paper provides suggestions for the transformation of Korean economic system.The transformation of North Korea's economic system will inevitably need the help and support of neighboring countries,and China will certainly play an important role in this process.
