Comparative Study Of Anti-dumping Rules

As we all know, China's Antidumping System has made a great progress and made a lot of contribution since its establishment. However, in order to meet the demands of WTO, we have to improve and perfect it in both legislation and practice. At the same time, other countries also develop and perfect their Antidumping System continuously. So, in accordance with our situation, we should learn their advanced experience and methods to improve and perfect ourselves, other wise, we will not adapt the development of China's Market economy. The E.U. Antidumping System is in the leading position in the world both in regulations and practice, which is worthy for us to study. The purpose of this article is to find the gap between the European Antidumping System and ours through comparisons and improve us. In addition, we can have more knowledge about the E.U. Antidumping Law, which would make us in better situation when exports from China are under E.U.antidumping Investigation.
