Foreign Anti-dumping Analysis And Countermeasures Research

Antidumping measures will be existing as a tool allowed by WTO trade policy for quite a long time. After China joined WTO, the treatments and position gained by China from the antidumping investigations taken by foreign countries on China are not going to be raised or changed rapidly, and the antidumping environment for Chinese export enterprises will probably become worse further. As economy-globalization and Global trade liberalization developing, dumping and antidumping are becoming sharpening, and dumping and antidumping become the problems an enterprise has to face in internationalized business. In the light of the antidumping case taken by European Economic and Monetary Union on Zinc Oxide from China, the present status and developing trend of antidumping taken by foreign countries on China and the problems existing when Chinese enterprises dealing with the cases are as well analyzed, and finally the countermeasures to deal with the antidumping cases are suggested.
