The dissertation brings up the focuses in the application of Non-Discrimination Principles and concrete countermeasures. The application of Most-Favored-Nation Treatment and National Treatment in Chinese Mainland, HongKong, Macao and Taiwan is a really special legal application which can be solved by Free Trade Area established in Chinese Mainland, HongKong, Macao and Taiwan, thereby engendering Chinese economic integrity.
