Whereas there are more and more disputes concerned with Non-Discrimination in the realm of international trade, this dissertation discusses Non-Discrimination Principles theoretically and practically, the basic principles of multilateral trade system, fulfilled by Principle of Most-Favored-Nation Treatment and Principle of National Treatment applied in GATT, GATs, TRIPs and TRIMs. Recombining Non-Discrimination and Chinese economy and trade facts, PRC, as a contracting party of WTO, should take advantage of Non-Discrimination and its rules of exception so as to maximize Chinese profits from international trade. The dissertation brings up the focuses in the application of Non-Discrimination Principles and concrete countermeasures. The application of Most-Favored-Nation Treatment and National Treatment in Chinese Mainland, HongKong, Macao and Taiwan is a really special legal application which can be solved by Free Trade Area established in Chinese Mainland, HongKong, Macao and Taiwan, thereby engendering Chinese economic integrity.
