Qichao, "newman Said," Research

The Constitutional Reform and Modernization of 1898, Liangqichao took a sea-voyage eastward Japan. He published a full-length work which was about the reform of the new people' quality. It was a book about the people' s reform. Liangqichao was deeply influenced by democratic ideology, and he was beginning to rethink the reform career of China from a new angle. He thought that the improvement of the people' s quality is the most important factor to the construction of the new country.
