Electronic letter of credit arises from the combination of the increase of international economy &trade and development of science & technology. With the competition of international trade is becoming more and more fierce and with people is constantly seeking the business efficiency,the electronic letter of credit is becoming more and more important. But on the other hand,it make a big shock to the traditional letter of credit system based on paper.Through comparative,logical and positive approaches,this dissertation makes a comprehensive and profound study of the law problem to safe nature of electronics letter of credit.In the first chapter in this dissertation,The possibility and certainty of traditional letter of credit electronicsization have been discussed.In the second chapter,first of all simply introduced the model that electronic letter of credit preceeds.Then according to this model, put forward the probably existing safe trouble:the systematic reliability; Secrecy and completeness of data telecommunications; the social status authenticity of business person and the nature that business action cannot be denied; the legal effectiveness of the data telecommunications as evidence.Following, from the third chapter to the 6th chapter ,every safe trouble is respectively discussed and put forward the settlement measure on law hand.In the last chapter, this dissertation discussed how to surmount the cheating made with traditional letter of credit after the letter of credit electronicsization.In the final concluding remarks, put forward the initial suggestion about Applying of electronics letter of credit and making of correlating laws to our country.
