The Dynamic Evolution Of The Labor Market, Employment Distribution Model

Employment problem is the problem that all governments pay more attention to at all times and is also the source of economic research.The essential research of employment is the supply and demand of labor force. Imitating the population research , we introduce the transfer probability and set up an evolutive model of labor distribution based on the age and occupation classification of labor force , Then we use the model to study the practical transfer rule for labor force in different vocations. In the course of study , we also put forward an optimal problem of policy management for employment when the capital is limited . We also study the property of the optimal solution and give the economic explanation of the solution .At the end of the paper , we study the sensitivity of policy by using an numerical example.
