Since the reform and opening up,cities have taken the lead in development by virtue of their advantages such as a good industrial base,high population concentration and preferential national policies,making great contributions to the leap of national economy.While the countryside is gradually declining due to many factors such as history and nature.With the development of The Times,more attention has been paid to rural development and farmers’livelihood,and some regions have taken the lead in implementing the "village to live"community construction.The living environment of residents after "village transfer" has been significantly improved,but the cost of living is also significantly higher than before,the previous "farming+odd jobs" mode of production and life can not meet the requirements of reality,obtaining a stable and relatively high income job has become a necessary condition to improve the quality of life of residents "upstairs".This paper focuses on promoting town"village house" in the domain community residents to study the problem of employment,summarizes the existing employment promotion measure results,adopt the method of questionnaire and interview key to investigate community residents and related groups,for Z county town of Q "village house" problems of community employment for empirical analysis.The research found that Q Town,Z County,has made great efforts to promote the employment of residents in the "village to live" community,and achieved certain results.However,affected by a variety of factors of community residents themselves and the external environment,community residents still have problems in the employment process such as narrow channels,poor stability and low satisfaction.From the perspective of community residents themselves,their relatively low employment quality is a factor that can not be ignored,low level of knowledge,single employment means,backward employment concept and so on all make community residents in the employment of the weak side.From the perspective of the government’s employment service function performance,the government still needs to do a lot of work in the construction of vocational skills training system,employment information transmission,residents’ livelihood security and economic development potential.In addition,the poor social employment environment is also an important reason for the employment barriers of community residents,which is manifested as fierce employment competition and chaotic operation of social intermediary agencies.In view of the above problems,and the comparison of classic cases,this paper puts forward:to improve the overall quality of community residents’ employment,enhance residents’ cultural knowledge and vocational skills,to help residents change the traditional concept of employment;Must strengthen the government employment service duties to perform,the village(community),and other grass-roots party organizations to give full play to the leading the guiding role of the jobs,in the match with the new situation of the employment policy,on the basis of the government’s response to the existing vocational skills training to consolidate and improve the service system,continued to increase support for small micro enterprise funds,and for the community residents to provide more perfect social security service;In order to build a good social employment environment,it is necessary to take standardizing and cultivating labor intermediary organizations as an important task,and enterprises should also seek practical achievements in exploring characteristic industries.
