Lenin's Inner-party Supervision Thought And Practical Significance

Unrestricted power is certain to corrupt. Whether the power is a most critical problem which is closely related with the life and death of both the party and our nation. If corruption goes rampantly beyond the limits so that society can not bear, it must lead to the changes of the state powers. In a time, when the power is controlled by political parties, corruption will be certain to drive the party in power out of office. To overcome this corruption, we should carry inner- party supervision.This so - called inner - party supervision refers to a kind of self -controlling within the political party. There is no party without inner -party supervision. The essence of this inner - party supervision within the proletarian ruling party is the democratic political control which takes power - restricting as the core. And it is the first important political supervision system in socialism society. Because the party has all the political powers to manage the national and social affairs, and the party's leadership is the precondition to supervise the ruling party, and the forces outside the party plays a very limited role on supervising the ruling party, but the power of the ruling party has to be supervised. This resolves objectively that the only way to restrict the ruling party has to carry inner -party supervision. If this fails, the outside restrictions would be impossible. Therefore, inner- party supervision should go in front of the outside - party restrictions.Since the problem of inner - party supervision is a complicated one related with a wide rang of subjects. This thesis aims at Lenin's thought of inner-party supervision.The article consists of 4 parts. The first part is the introduction, explaining why to choose Lenin's thought of inner- party supervision as the subject. The second part emphasizes that Lenin's thought of inner -party supervision is the development and creation of the theory of power - restrcition of Marxism. The third part mainly explores the content and main approaches of Lenin' s thought of inner - party supervision. The fourth part, discusses both the history and its evaluations. Based on the reality, it mainly analyses the practical instructing significance PF Lenin's thought of inner-party supervision, enforcing our country and its parked thoughts, under the condition that the Chinese Communist Party faces the serious competition.
