Performance evaluation to the enterprises refers to the objective, precise and general evaluation to the management performance and manager's achievement of the enterprises in certain period, in general evaluation standards, according to the certain program, in a certain index system, with the quantitative and qualitative methods. Performance evaluation to the enterprises is the practice of theory method in economic area. It is the science, which is on the basis of accountancy and finance management, analyzes the process of enterprises management founded on the econometric theories and modern analysis technology, reflects the enterprises' realistic situation and predicts the future development.During the research on the strategy of TWBB Company, the author studied deeply on the internal and external environment of TWBB Company, on the basis of the theories of strategy and the newest research results. At the same time, the thesis utilizes the method of performance evaluation to the enterprises to evaluate the management performance, including finance profit; capital management; remittance ability & development ability to TWBB Company in 2001, breaks the limitation of the traditional methods, matches up the disadvantages of common finance analysis. On the basis of these, the thesis uses the system methods, including IFE matrix, EFE matrix, SWOT matrix, to evaluate the strategy environment of the TWBB Company quantitatively and qualitatively, ensures the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats in the internal and external environment of the TWBB Company.
