The thesis mainly discusses the principal-agent problem in the state-owned commercial bank based on the modern western firm theory. First, the paper analyses the type, characteristics and main problems of the agency relationship. It is pointed out that the principal-agent problems in the state-owned commercial bank should be resolved by building the incentive constraints mechanism and property rights reforming according to the difference of the problems respectively. Among the solutions, the keys to the problem are the reform of the property rights structure and the matching of the residual claim and the residual rights of control. |
