Expansion Kinds Hainan Kang Miaonong Industry Development Co., Ltd., 750 Acres Of Bananas, Project Feasibility Study

Since 1996, industrial structure of Hainan Province has been actively adjusted to develop its preponderant tourism and agriculture. The state has paid much attention to the development of its tropical efficient agriculture, which is being greatly improved with the help of a series of provincial industrial policies.With the deepening of the reform of state-run enterprises, Jinling Petrochemical Corporation(JLPec), the state giant enterprise, is suffering unprecedented pressure, and is keeping trying dealing with other industries, among which is the efficient agriculture. Hainan Kangmiao Agriculture Development Co. Ltd., cofinanced by JLPec's Hainan Co. and its Refinery, its first phase project has been put into operation since March 2002. The project has the characteristics of operating fast and gaining high. In order to enlarge the project, the agriculture co. has to analyze the feasibility as soon as possible to make sufficient preparation for the scale-up of the project in 2003.In this article, the Kangmiao Co. was introduced, demonstrating that the current staff of the company is capable of managing enlarged 750 mu bananas; Banana planting situation both home and abroad, macro economic policies and Hainan's industry orientation were given, demonstrating the necessity for Kangmiao Co. to enlarge its banana's planting scale; besides, banana's demand, price predominance analysis, project implementation and finance analysis were herein discussed, demonstrating the feasibility for Kangmiao Co. to develop banana industry.
