On Small And Medium-sized High-tech Corporate Financing Innovation - Intellectual Property Rights Of Secured Financing

It is well known that today we are witness to an enormous growth and increasing variety of ways to apply knowledge and technology in continuously changing industrial systems, and high technology is becoming the main driving force of economic growth in the 21st century, however, in China, the level of high technology industrialization is far away from the demands of economic growth, the main reason lies in the lack of support coming from financial capital.Compared with high technology enterprise, the small and medium-sized high technology enterprise depend more on the financing, from which point of view, this thesis explores the present condition of financing in our domestic small and medium-sized high technology enterprise, analyzing the application of guarantee financing with intellectual property in Japan financial departments providing for small and medium-sized high technology enterprise, and I propose my point about introducing the new model of guarantee financing with intellectual property for our small high technology enterprises.In addition, this article discusses the related problems when applying the guarantee financing by intellectual property from the three aspects of enterprise, bank and government respectively. I hope all know more about the new way of financing and enlighten the practice of guarantee financing with intellectual property.
