China's Foreign Investment Law Research

China has successively promulgated a series of laws and regulations that adjust the foreign investment since the enactment of "Law of the People's Republic of China on Chinese - Foreign Joint Ventures" in 1979. With the continuous enlargement of opening to the outside in China after China's accession to WTO and the appearance of new features in international investment after 1990, a lot of new changes emerge in the fields and ways of investment. So the relevant laws that regulate the foreign investment should react to them. This paper studies some questions of law with the center on the description of the joint venture's developing process from the entry of the foreign capital, the utilization of foreign capital to the termination of investment. With the understanding and the recognition of these legal questions the purport is to improve the environments of investment in China and to establish and perfect the legal system of foreign investment.
