Software Industry Cluster Based On Knowledge Of Network Technology Learning Mechanism

Industrial cluster has become the main development model by which software industries in many countries win the worldwide competitive advantages. China develops its software industrial clusters by developing software parks. But the main problem faced by the software parks is that the software enterprises gather together but not group. The dissertation mainly discusses how to improve the worldwide competitiveness, and upgrade the status of Chinese software industry's technical level in the whole software industrial chain by perfecting the industrial chain within Chinese software industrial clusters .To attain above research purpose, the dissertation mainly analyses the mechanism of technological learning of the software industrial cluster, which includes what it is or what it should be, in order to provide some clews for building the industrial chain in software industrial clusters. Basically however, the dissertation constructs a knowledge-network model of the software industrial cluster, which can show who take part in the technological learning of the software industrial cluster, and the respective role which they play of, in order to provide the frame for analyzing the mechanism of technological learning. Furthermore, the dissertation generalizes tow technological learning patterns from the mechanism of technological learning mentioned above, and puts forward the analysis model for the evolving path of the software industrial cluster according to the tow patterns. Lastly, the dissertation concludes that the head software enterprises should be fostered emphatically, and the industrial chains between the head software enterprises and the cooperating software enterprises should be built by software module outsourcing; and then the head software enterprises take the lead in advancing along the software industrial chain, sequentially upgrading the status of Chinese software industrial cluster in the whole software industrial chain.Accompanied with the theoretical exploration, empirical studies are also conducted in the dissertation, which are in the form of case study. The analyzed cases include the software industry cluster of ZhongGuanCun, and Hangzhou. The conclusion of above case studies has satisfyingly supported the theoretical discussion.
