The Development Of The Western Army Behavior

The army behavior(AB) is the core part in the national behavior and national defense behavior. Entering into 21th century, with the devious development of globality economy and multipolar world, competitions between nations have evolved into competitions of synthetical national power. The single military strength is already not enough to complete the mission that is to support the national security. The army as the state machine exists not only for preparing for the war and taking up the gauntlet, but also serves for enhancing the national economy strength, science and technology and nation agglomeration with heightening military strength. Therefore, the behavior that the army throws itself into the big development in western areas(BDWA) is the important parts of army behavior.In recent years, there are some studies on the national behavior, district behavior and enterprise behavior while developing the western area. But the systemic theory analysis on the AB is scarce. Therefore, the AB in BDWA is chosen to be the research content in this article. One reason is to make a contribution for the theoretic research on BDWA because of the vacancy correlative theories. The second is to exert the function of theory guiding practice, to provide the theoretic support for unifying ideology, coordinating action, and for the army devoting into BDEA by elucidating some theoretic problems. This article analyzes the objective, basic content and manner of AB in BDWA under the direction of nation economics, district economics, socialism market economy theory and national defense economics. This article is divided into three parts. The first part is about the objective of AB in BDWA, trying to answer that the AB in BDWA has enough theoretic and practical foundation. The second part is about the basic manner of AB in BDWA, trying to answer the active domain and manner for the army to participate in BDWA. The third part is about the behavior innovation, discuss how to innovate the system, method and content of AB in BDWA to make the army serve the BDWA better under the new history conditions.The AB in BDWA is pointed to that the collective practice action of army by the name of army, according to the stipulation of constitution and law, under the direction of policy of party and nation and the role of army function domination and development environment. This article points the proposition of the AB in BDWA and makes systematic theory analysis, putting forward that the army participating in BDWA is not only the manner of army supporting national economy build but also the effective approach to improve national security and ensure army to complete it own basic function better to provide a new, higher and wider inspection for recognizing the value of AB in BDWA. This article also points that the BDWA is drove by mingling the army and region, coordinating the army and government, cooperating between the army and people to realize the view that army participates in BDWA in order to provide a new idea for army participating BDWA.
