Tourism resource is the base and prerequisite to tourism development. It is of great significance to research on the value of tourism resources from the market angel for the purpose of developing tourism resources of our country.The market value of tourism resources refers to exploitation possibility of certain tourism resources under given conditions in tourism industry, and market adaptability and expected returns of transferred tourism resources to products. Tourism resource market evaluation should be based upon tourism resource qualities themselves.According to experts interview and tourists questionnaire, the affected factors of tourism resource market value should be divided into 4 items 15 categories. The four items are resource feature, social and economic environment, traffic access and cultural environment. Resource feature include resource universality, resource plasticity and resource density. Social and economic environment is divided into social image, safety level, backing conditions of the city, tourism image and price level. Traffic access classify into distance, convenient and comfortable transportation. Cultural environment include residence qualities, opening level, cultural difference and language barrier.Based upon the results of the Analytic Hierarchy Process, safety level, distance and transportation convenience are the decisive factors for tourism resource market value; Resource plasticity, tourism image , comfortable transportation, residence qualities and cultural difference are the secondary important factors for the market value of tourism resource; The left 7 factors less affect tourism resource market value.The research results above are proved in the case analyses of Ling'an Taihuyuan and West Tianmu mountain scenic spots.
