| As the aging problem in China becomes more and more serious,the pension problem is attracting wide attention from all walks of life and academic circles.Under the background of increasing population aging,the problem of too single domestic pension model is becoming more and more obvious.After entering the 21 st century,our country is the fastest aging country in the world.In the middle of the 21 st century,the elderly population will reach a third of the total population and become a highly aging country.The aging of the population brings great challenges to the reform of China pension system and pension system,and it is also an opportunity for the development of the pension industry.The increase of the elderly population indicates the expansion of the elderly consumption scale and the growth of the aging market.At the same time,the rapid development of Chinese economy,the continuous improvement of people's living standard,great change from all sectors of society,the concept of old people is also changing,the material and spiritual demand is growing,the traditional pension model and pension products is difficult to meet the demand of contemporary elderly endowment.Old-age tourism develops early in foreign countries.As a combination of the pension industry and tourism,a composite tourism product and pension model,it has not only enriched the old-age pension system,but also opened up new market for tourism industry,which attracting a wide attention in China.This paper selects Lichuan city in Enshi prefecture as the research object,the endowment of tourism development of the region old-age tourism development problems are studied,in the hope of domestic provide for the aged tourism development provides new ideas and experiences for reference.First of all,this paper analyzes and defines the related concepts of old-age tourism by collecting,consulting and sorting out relevant literatures at home and abroad,and elaborates the characteristics of old-age tourism,combined with the theory of life-cycle theory,demand hierarchy theory,social embedding theory,and the elderly population migration evolution theory,the theoretical foundation of the research is supported.Again by the theory with practice,from the analysis of the condition of old-age tourism Lichuan city development,this paper integrated inventory is made of the advantages of Lichuan city development of old-aged tourism resources,market disadvantages on environment and the background of aging problem facing the opportunities and challenges.On the basis of field research,the background of the endowment tourism resources in Lichuan city is investigated in detail.By the method of questionnaire survey,the article analyzes the basic situation of old-age tourism tourists and their demand characteristics,makes evaluation about the present situation of old-age tourism market,finds Lichuan city endowment tourism development problems and difficulties,and puts forward the development strategy of Lichuan city endowment tourism,including putting forward the general principles of Lichuan endowment tourism development and endowment the overall plan of developing tourism pattern,finally putting forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions of pension in Lichuan city tourism development.In this paper,the author hopes to find out some theories of old-age tourism by studying the development of old-age tourism in Lichuan city,and to make some supplements to the research on the domestic pension tourism theory.This article is the topic and foreshadowing for the further development of domestic providing for the aged tourism market,which promotes the diversification of endowment way and the comprehensive development of the tourism market,and establishes the pension tourism service system.Therefore,the paper will have a certain theoretical and practical significance of the ageing population.Taking Lichuan as an example,this paper provides a new way for tourism resource cities with special culture in other parts of China to develop their old-age tourism. |
