A Strong Function Of Xuanwu District, District Construction

With rapidly developing of cities and districts, their interior areas will have more serious pressure of competition. How to earn more chance to develop, and draw in the tangible and invisible resource have become the extremely urgent problems to solve.Currently, some areas have used Functional area - Oriented strategy in their developing. Although few ones have gained obviously advantages by using this that, the overall Theory & Practice system has not been founded. Furthermore, researching in this field have to be deepen and completed in the future.The thesis is based on the analysis and researching of powerful functional area's building, also combined with practice of Xuanwu District, to provide some suggestions for its functional area's building and developing. In the thesis, first I explained the theory of Powerful Functional Area, and then made an analysis of Xuanwu's characters; at last I pointed out its strategies of its matching development.During the possessing of make the thesis, abundant datum information and typical cases were collected and vast literatures are referenced. The mainly researching methods are concluding: market exploration, reference researching, files achieving and statistical analysis and so on.
