This essay tries to take use of Haystack model to simply the individual behavior characteristic in the common resources after reviewing the Haystack model based on the evolutionary economics theory, and refers the index of assortativity to represent the individual tactics in common resources governance. Then the dynamical evolutionary grouping model can be used on the basis (possibility of spontaneous supply). The method of type symbol and identity can be used to analyze the common resources governance problem, especially in the residence resource.At the same time, we come to the conclusion: type symbol and identity is one of the factors that can influence the index of assortativity in the individidual intercourse process. The individual estimation about the type symbol and identity influence the individual behavior tactics directly, and the development orientation of the whole common resources governance consequently.
