According to the excellent reputation and very good economical situation of Hunan publishing group, there is a certain potential competition in publishing marketing. But the present political, economical, technical, and the social and cultural environment have many requirements for the entire publishing industry to adapt to. Furthermore the reform of the group itself has come to be a problem. The internal publishing structure, brand build personnel resource, capital operation etc, have many practical questions waiting for us. Opportunity and challenge exit at the same time.As a long-term strategy aim Hunan publishing group not only has to make the effective social target, the maintenance of national asset and other targets of publishing industry, but also to build excellent enterprise cultural, adjust structure, emphasize on cultivating persons with ability. In conclusion, to promote the situation in severer marketing competition, Hunan publishing group must develop both in books operation and capital operation.
