The publishing industry in the Central Soviet Area was a revolutionary cultural undertaking established by the party in the early days of the agrarian revolution.It mainly went through two stages of development.At the time of its inception,the party and the Soviet government promulgated a series of propaganda and publication policies,established publishing management organizations throughout the party,government,and military,and published a large number of newspapers and periodicals.Printing and distribution started.Due to special historical reasons,the publishing pattern centered on the revolutionary base in western Fujian was formed.However,the publishing industry was in the initial stage of creation and had not yet established a complete publishing system and systerm,but laid the foundation for the development of the publishing industry in the Central Soviet Area during its heyday.On November 7,1931,the provisional Central Government of the Soviet Republic of China was established.The publishing industry in the Central Soviet Area entered a period of prosperity for overall adjustment and development.The party and the Soviet government issued a series of targeted publishing policies and guidelines for the overall leadership of the publishing industry in the Soviet Area,established a unified publishing management system and full-time editorial,printing,and distribution agencies,and the publishing industry was organized and institutionalized.And the direction of specialization.The number of newspapers and periodical publications has changed both in quantity and structure,and the "Red" newspapers with the largest circulation have emerged-"Red China","Struggles","Youth Truth" and "Red Star."The number of types of book publishing has soared,which is 7 times that of the start-up period,and a large number of economic and medical books have appeared.The Central Soviet Region has also established a relatively complete printing enterprise system.It also relied on the road network and postal network of the Soviet Union to establish a distribution network throughout the country.Based on this,it adopted comprehensive distribution methods and strategies.The publishing center also moved from the original Longxi area to the southern area where Ruijin was the center.The publishing industry of the Central Soviet Area was formed in a special historical environment.It was the first attempt of the party and the Soviet government to independently lead and manage the publishing industry,and formed distinctive characteristics.Mainly manifested in the party as the center,adherence to the principle of publishing combining party and mass;adhere to the service center,the overall task of publishing services;formed a management and publishing,books,newspapers and magazines published in one organization system.The publications of the Central Soviet Area play multiple roles in the party's revolutionary undertaking and play multiple functions.First of all,as the Soviet Union's publishing industry under the leadership of the party,books,newspapers,and periodicals bear the role of disseminating revolutionary theory and constructing a revolutionary ideology.They are playing a medium role in political diffusion in promoting popularization of Marxism and propagating party lines,policies,and policies.In terms of its influence,the publications of the Central Soviet Area have subtly changed the cultural-behavioral model of the people in the Soviet Area.At the same time,they also shaped the new knowledge-culture structure and cultural and geographical space in the Soviet Area.Secondly,the publications of the Soviet region play a revolutionary mobilization function in consolidating the revolutionary base areas and promoting the development of the revolutionary war.In particular,the newspapers and periodicals in the Soviet area have assumed the role of persuasion and mobilization in their coverage of expanding the Red Army and defending the Soviet Union.Soviet publications have become media for revolutionary actions and political activities affecting the masses.Finally,as a carrier of revolutionary cultural development,publications in the Central Soviet Area have strongly promoted the development and prosperity of science,education,culture and health in the Central Soviet Area.and have played an irreplaceable role in improving the level of education and popularization of science and technology among the people in the Soviet Area.
