Since the 90's of 20th century the competition among the commercial bank hasbecome more serious. Banks establish the new ideas of market management--focuson the customers; guided by the market; aim to the benefit. All banks know the truth that much more high quality customers, much more high quality capital. Therefore how to shoot for high quality customers is the focus of attention. But in practice more and more banks think much of exploit but ignore management. They are strict with all things before loan but cool in them after loan. It's the weakness of commercial bank management. It's one of the outstanding problems of market management too. By visiting, questionnaire, reading literatures the paper analyses and deducts the correlative problems about customers' relationship management. Based on these analysis and deduction the paper brings lots of advanced ideas about the customers' relationship management in practice. Starting at Minsheng Banking's actuality of customers' relationship management it emphasizes on solving practical techniques and provides the strong arms for Minsheng Banking's customers managers in maintenance of high quality customers.The paper describes the matters in Minsheng Banking's customers' relationship management by investigating, researching, analyzing and summarizing. In the face of other commercial banks' competition Minsheng Banking's people must weak up that in order to stabilize high quality customers and enlarge marketing shares they need increase attention on customers' relationship management. They must change the old ways such as brokerage and practicality returns for developing new characteristic products to attract customers and meet their demands. In this way MinshengBanking's people can realize the ultimately goal--create benefit and gain profit forboth customers and themselves.
