Party's Absolute Leadership Over The Soul Of Our Military Will Never Change

It is the elementary principle of our military construction to adhere to the complete mastery of the army by the Party. This truth has been constantly tested by the practice of revolutionary strives. At present the nation is carrying out opening-up and socialist modernization construction. Having penetrated the global military situations and summarized the experience of the construction of our army in the new era, the Central Military Committee, headed by Jiang Zemin, endows the theory with new values and puts forward the concept of "the spirit of army", which is based on "the Three Representatives" Theory and has the quality to develop abreast with the times.
