Cement is the indispensable basis raw material of the national economy development. Cement industry is the important industry with national economy. Hunan Suntop Cement Group Co., ltd. is a forty years history enterprise group. It is also the biggest enterprise of Hunan building materials industry. As the most important cement industrial base in our country, Suntop make a greater contribution to Hunan and other province economy development.With the development of marketing economy, marketing strategy has become the indispensable part of the enterprise management and is the key to the enterprise's growth. Recently, the marketing environment of the cement industry has changed a great deal. Cement enterprises adjust its marketing strategy based on the change of marketing environment and historic purpose. Meanwhile the adjustment of enterprise marketing strategy is a pluralistic system project. It is the base that cement enterprise win the marketing competition.This paper sets out from Suntop' s basic situation and current sales situation .making a detailed analysis on the background of Suntop. When analyzing the current marketing strategy it not only points out its weakness and shortcomings , but also analyses the forming causes and expounds the necessity and feasibility of adjusting marketing strategy. Then it puts forward the relevant necessary measures in order that the new marketing strategy can achieve the desired objective through combing the theory of marketing with the enterprise reality and suggesting advice on Suntop marketing strategy adjusting contents . In the end the paper points out that the adjustment success of Suntop marketing strategy is not only advantageous to promote the continued healthy and high-speed development of Hunan cement industry , but also plays the active and exemplary role of wining the marketing competition for the same-type national enterprises.
