China's Urban Infrastructure Financing Methods Research

Pondering over the fund-shortness in the field of our national municipal infrastructure construction and a series problems of financing in this field, the author aims at how to choice the financing mode according to the character of municipal infrastructure construction items and how to establishing the new financing mode on the base of combining our reality and overseas' experience. The study adopts capital-flux method and item-differentiating theory, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, investigating the developing process of municipal infrastructure construction in our nation and others countries. To put above research together, the author makes the main conclusion in several aspects. The first is classifying the financing-mode of municipal infrastructure construction how to choice the financing mode according to the character of items according the resource of capital, the second is how to choice the financing mode according to items' characters. The third is how to consummating new financing-mode of our nation's municipal infrastructureconstruction and the last is establishing suitable policies which mating with our nation' s municipal infrastructure construction financing as soon as possible.
