Northwest Sichuan Gas Field Environmental Factors Analysis And Control

The people and the government take more and more into account the public environment and the public safety with economic development. How to reinforce environmental management and avoid environmental risk is an important task for every corporation. Northwest of Sichuan gas production district (NGPD) is a natural gas district of Petrochina. NGPD mainly engages in the exploration and the chemical production of natural gas, working spot is very scattered, using or producing material is toxin and explosion. So environmental pressure is very enormous.I have been engaged in environmental protection for fourteen years in NGPD, I know about condition of our corporation in environmental protection. This paper analyzes the environmental aspects at every activity of NGPD, evaluates their environmental effect, finds the important environmental aspects, draws up control measure of important environment aspects.The paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter introduces the basic theories and methods of environmental aspect identification and environmental effect assessment. The second chapter identifies the environmental aspect of NGPD, evaluates their effects to environment and finds important environmental aspects. The third chapter analyzes the circumstance of environmental aspect control in NGPD. The fourth chapter expounds the improving measure about environmental aspect control. The fifth part draws up the control projects of important environmental aspect.Environmental protection is an eclectic term. Pollution prevention and duration improvement are key rules, environmental aspect control must consider the feasibility of economy,technology and application. The aim of environmental aspect control is a sustainable development.
