Incentives For Research, Based On The Human Capital Of Entrepreneurs

Inspiration is the core of human capital utilization relative to non-human capital utilization. The basic purpose of this dissertation is to research the principle of entrepreneur inspiration deeply and systematically.Firstly, entrepreneur human capital is studied by taking advantage of theories and methods of management, economics and behaviors science. The current status of entrepreneur inspiration is also analyzed. Secondly, the theoretical foundation of entrepreneur inspiration is considered to testify the necessity of effective motivation of entrepreneur human capital, and a viewpoint, which is to promote the efficiency of entrepreneur human capital by system arrangement and motivation mechanism, is presented. Some inspiration methods are also justified including matter inspiration, spirit inspiration and self-inspiration. At last a classic case of entrepreneur inspiration is investigated and some personal viewpoints on motivation of entrepreneur human capital are presented.
