Lean Production Philosophy is founded and developed in Japan by TOYOTA in middle of 70s, and has promoted the TOYOTA from a small workshop to the world class company. And then it spread to America in 80s. What is Lean Production and what are her advantages compared with Mass Production? American Professor Daniel T. Jones writes the Machine Changes the World and Lean Thinking have more deeply and big application in the world. And the two books have brought Lean Production and Lead Thinking to China. But Can we implement Lean Production in China and how can we implement Lean Production? This article provides the actual experience of implementing Lean Thinking in the China Branch of Parker Hannifin Corporation, and link with the feature of Lean management of China Corporation, and point to the existed problems in Lean Management of China Corporation.This paper consists of four sections, focusing on how to implement the lean thinking in the strategies and polices of Parker Hannifin. To analyses the situation and existing problems that implement lean management in china enterprises. To study the advantages of foreign enterprise in lean management and develop the lean management in china enterprises.The first part gives an overview of the Lean Production, which is what is lean production and her content and feature, and five principles of lean thinking and the important signification of lean production.The second part describes the goals that Parker Hannifin implement the lean thinking, be consist of strategic goals, strategic organization and strategic ideals. The third part conducts a detailed analysis of the polices that Parker Hannifin implement lean thinking, with particular emphasis on the defects and wastes and find the source of them and eliminate them at all level. To diagnose the lean management from two aspects of strategy and organization, and develop the evaluation to lean processing.The final part points out the revelations that implement lean thinking, and to analyses the situation and existing problems that implement lean production in china enterprise.
