The contacts between farmers and markets become more directly and closely, which depend upon continuously advancement of integration level, therefore, the value of agricultural product will come true. After agriculture integration was advanced, economic research in this field has been changing with each passing day, but there was no more progress in the research of law. Therefore, when economic theory and economic practice comes up against so many difficulties that we can't overcome them successfully in some material problems, legal research also can't find an outlet for them as well as make well preparation for consummating the system of agricultural law. As far as economic research on agricultural integration to be concerned, its system of theory is mature and comprehensive. But scholars are trapped in the dead angle of the research because of that intact frame. Just after we realized this precondition, the dissertation intends to card and scan economic production once more by legal analysis from a unique angle. We want to impel the hovering economics by some new power, on the other hand we try to offer an opportunity to perfect law system and deepen legal research.The dissertation begins with comparison between legal analysis and economic methods, it sets forth great significance of applying legal analysis into the research on agricultural integration. The article summarizes the chief of methods, and brings forth major elements of those methods, including modes of legal thought, legal qualitative analysis and application, preparation of legislation and advices.Following principle and consideration confirmed by Chapter 1, Chapter 2 unfolds its contents with economic theory of integration; the emphases of this chapter are discussion on the concepts of integration, and discussion on the essence of industrialization and territorial problems of economic development. The two chief challenges which agricultural integration will encounter were revealed, including innovation of working patterns of rural-land and farmers.And Chapter 3: Working Patterns of Rural land and Chapter 4: Working Patterns of Farmers are almost discussed in the same way. The two chapters start with frame and practice of economic theory, and analyze historical evolution of this problem. Then we study foreign advanced experience and common course of action, and exert themselves on the laws and regulations in the specific situation. Finally, with considering disadvantages and advantages in the research of law and legislation, we manage to find out a fresh way of pondering those problems. That's to say, after we standardize the social relations regulatedby existent laws, the theoretical classification of working patterns of farmers and rural-land will be very clearly. The essence of legal relations among each party will be found, and working patterns for agriculture will be exhibited freely, too.
