Ningxia Region Information Industry Development Research

Nowadays, Information Industry has a world-wide flourishing development and has become the leading industry of America and Japan. Even the developing Country, such as, India has become one of the mainly software export-orientated country as well. Under this circumstance, our government has also put it on the current agenda.As one of minor nationality autonomous regions, Ningxia is an important part to promote the all-round economic development in our country. At present, The influence of information industry on economy and social life has been fully embodied, and it also plays a decisive role in accelerating Ningxia's economic development. Enclosing the influence of information industry on the economy of Ningxia, this thesis carries out a detailed analysis. Firstly, from the theoretical analysis, it expands the theoretical development, content and economic features of the information industry and its promoting function in accelerating economic development. Secondly, with concrete evidences, this thesis analyses current situation in Ningxia through a great number of examples. This paper also illustrates the great function of information industry to the economic development of Ningxia. Moreover, production function and variable factors have also been utilized to further expound and prove the contribution of information industry to the development of Ningxia's economy. At last, the thesis analyses the restricted factors of developing IT in Ningxia. Basing on above work, this paper put forward a developing patterns and strategies for Ningxia's information industry. The choice of this theme in this paper has some practical significance for Ningxia's information industry sectors to design and carry out information industry development strategies.
