Information industry is collegiate reflections of society and economy, so the research on information industry problem has important significance to area social and economic development. Information industry economic system is complex and has diverse contacts with other social system. Nonlinear consequences are in existence and these factors make up of feedback mechanisms in information economic system. The mechanisms of information economic system are blur, it is difficult to solve with normal mathematical methods and only half-quantitative and half-qualitative methods can be used. In this article, we manage a valid method tosolve complex system problems-System Dynamic to set up information industryeconomic system of province Jiangsu with the methods of qualitative and quantitative analyzing. In this article, we plot the range of information industry, embedded research it's status in the socio-economic system, and analyze the relationship between information industry economic subsystem and other socio-economic subsystem. Then we analyze development actuality of information industry economic system of province Jiangsu from the sides of form, personnel, and so forth. And we make the factor analysis for the index system of Jiangsu information industry and informationalization development level, at the same time, we compute the chief exponent of information industry and informationalization development level. With embedded researches in the effecting mechanisms of every sub-system, we use speciallanguage-DYNAMO to simulate the functions of actual systems by changing theexogenous controlling variables. The results can provide beneficial apocalypse for province Jiangsu to set up stratagems of information industry.
