It is important to study the situation of real estate industry. I want to explore if real estate industry has been proper during last teen years.After consulted some books and magazines, I find there are some shortages in methods. On the one hand, some scholars use simple letter theory to evaluate if the situation of real estate industry is right. Their conclusions do not contain numbers, so the credit of their conclusions is low. On the other hand, although some scholars use figures to explain their conclusions, they only employ single principle. I think we should use a series of rational principles, not only one. On the basis of principles, we should resort statistical analysis to these principles. Only use many scientific, we can draw some reliable conclusions.Author have own principal system by changed principal system of real estate bubble that exit, and eliminated correlation between principles by handled statistical analysis, and classified Chinese real estate industry situation, and so on verify classified conclusion by correcting real industrial figures.My final conclusion is: The current situation of real estate industry is different from that of 1992 or 1993. In 1992 or 1993, there was bubble in Chinese real estate industry. But the current situation of real estate industry belongs to developing stage.
