Analysis On The Bubble In China Real Estate Development

Recently, because of the rapid development of China's real estate industry, concerning its great influence on the real estate industry and even the economy of the whole country, the problem of the real estate bubble attracts the attention of the society. The paper starts with the introduction of the concept of real estate bubble, tries to make an analysis of the existence of the real estate bubble from the economic perspective. After discussing the measure methods of the real estate, the author puts forward a method on bubble measure quotieties of real estate. After that, taking the housing market of Hangzhou for example ,the author makes all-sided analysis of the actuality and the causes of the housing bubble. Finally, on the basis of what has been discussed above, the author tries to raise some constructive measures to lighten and prevent the bubble in local region of China.
