Domestic market is the same as international market. Chinese enterprise is faced with much more competition. The practices of M&A(mergers and acquisitions) are becoming more active with china becoming a member of WTO. If M&A will success, the enterprise would get much more profits from the action. Based on the situation and how to execute the concept that human resource is the first, then researching the problem of human resource integration in M&A is becoming more important and necessary. The writer uses simplified expression to analyze the problem of human resource integration in M&A with systemic theory. Meanwhile the writer summarizes the practices of M&A. The thesis would be becoming a theory frame and an operation model to the practices of human resource integration in M&A.The thesis is mainly applied to thoroughly study the problem of human resource integration in M&A In the process of studying, tactics of combination of theory research and practice direction, domestic experience and international experience, empirical research and ponder research are mainly used. From the active situation of M&A, the writer analyzes the problem that is existed in individual, group and organization. Then, the writer puts forward the tactics of human resource integration in M&A through utilizing the knowledge of economics, management and new institutional economics. Solving the problem of human resource integration in M&A, the tactics are mainly consisted of timely restructuring organizational vision, adjusting organizational system, comprehensively appraising persons of objective business with marketing means and adopting flexible mobile policy to talents, merging with the enterprise culture of diverse sides.
