| After China entering WTO, market competition becomes fiercer, and the enterprise's operating environment is complex and uncertain. It makes the firms increase one's strength and own core competitive competence in order to hold, maintain and enlarge one's market of product. Because human resource management is necessary and important function, and also is one job with large management cost and high duplication, this paper gives a new model of human resource management-human resource management outsourcing by combining inside and outside resource of the firm, and it is of great significance to raise economic results and competition of the firm.Firstly, this paper summarizes some related theories of the outsourcing and human resource management outsourcing; secondly, it analyses human resource management outsourcing from two sides of the selection of outsourcing vendors and the condition of human resource management inside the enterprise. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward the decision model and contents selection model of human resource management outsourcing, builds an index system of outsourcing decision, and makes positive analysis for Huada in Tangshan. Then this paper analyses the risks of human resource management outsourcing, puts forward some measures and builds the model of principal-agency between the enterprise and the outsourcing vendor; Lastly, this paper gives some suggestion about the flow of carrying out and some tactics of human resource management outsourcing.By the research of this paper, some new research methods or views are brought forward in the aspect of human resource management outsourcing, and the aim of it is able to provide some profitable reference and help for human resource management outsourcing. |
