Based On The Financial Strategy Of The Business Life Cycle Study

With the tremendous change of the enterprises' operating environment, strategy management has become flourishing as a new management flat roof. In order to keep sustaining survival and development, enterprises must adapt the environment and make use of it. So it's an inevitable trend to view the enterprises' financial behavior from the strategy management aspect. Enterprises are organisms full of life and their sustainable developments are running along the definite lifecycle track. It's important for enterprises that exploiting and designing enterprises' financial behavior which relied on strategy management by means of enterprises' lifecycle during their developing course.This thesis combined academic research and case analysis to dissertate its theme. It contains three chapters:Chapter One: Financial strategy theory based on enterprises' lifecycle. This part concentrated the phylogeny of the lifecycle and mentioned how to plot out the different phases and respective phases' character simply. At the same time, this part introduced some conception such as strategy, financial strategy etc. and forecasted the inevitable trend that strategy management will be combined with financial management. By the way, this part also mentioned the three pattern of the financial strategy and influence factors of it.Chapter Two: The choice and adjusting of financial strategy based on enterprises' lifecycle. This part introduced two indexes that plot out the different financial strategy phases based on lifecycle in detail. The two indexes are the growing of the sales income and the change of cash flow partitioned off enterprises' financial strategy phases from quantity growing and quality improvement two aspects. Meanwhile, this part analyzed the environment of the enterprises' financial strategy, which contains inside and outside environments. Finally this part discussed how to choose and adjust the different financial strategy at different phases respectively.Chapter Three: The case analysis of the financial strategy based on enterprises' lifecycle. This part made XIAXIN Ltd. as an example to make analysis. Through the introduction and analysis of the XIAXIN's lifestyle and financial strategy, we can concluded that it's very important for the enterprises that adjusting companies' financial behavior from the strategy point of view as well as the track of lifecycle.All in all, this thesis tried it's best to bring strategy management into financial management field from the management point of view and make research and analysis of financial strategy based on enterprises' lifecycle on the interface of management and economics. So that it can be benefit for enterprises' sustainable development and financial strategy choice.
